Returns & refund policy

Unused, unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cancellation requests are accepted until the order is shipped.
